Sharron from Leicester in the UK, is the founder of Exclusive Yacht Weddings and always wants to give the customer something different. Extremely organised in her work, she spends most of her time thinking of new ways to interest our new brides and grooms. With being a qualified accountant, this also comes in handy when sorting out the costs.
Sharron has great attention to details and will not accept anything less than perfect!
Sharron spends her time creating new ideas along with her team, designing perfect decorations for your dream day.
2017 brought Exclusive Yacht Weddings to your TV in the form of Sun, Sea and Brides to Be on Channel 4 (still available on catch up)! This aired in February 2019, and you can see our offices and our set up, with Sharron at work, especially with her demand of everything being absolutely perfect!

George, from Pano Zodia, is the man that gets our name out there, promoting and marketing everywhere he can and you can always find him at the Wedding Shows up and down the UK, he will give you the best hospitality and always has a smile on his face and usually plenty of Prosecco and chocolates!
George is also a Captain and controls the maintenance schedules in full tacked. He is married to Sharron who is the founder of Exclusive Yacht Weddings. They have three children Kirsti, Kayley and Tereza, so George never escapes from the girls! The latter looks like she will be running the Weddings in the not too distant future.
George is also the Transport Director, keeping a close eye on all our transport needs.

Emma is from Hertfordshire in the UK, and moved to Cyprus in 1995. She has been working for EYW since 2014, has experience in wedding preparation and has performed roles as a wedding planner and administrator during her time with us, and as of January 2019 Emma was promoted to Assistant Manager. She has improved and implemented new ideas and projects to improve our team even further, taking herself even further up the ladder. Emma has the most amazing personality and nothing is ever too much trouble. Emma often lends a hand at the weddings on the day, as becoming friends with many of her couples, she likes to wish them the best day ever.

My name is Jonathan and joined the company in 2013 after my permanent move to Cyprus as an on board host, taking care of all our guests on board our wedding bus and San Antonio traditional Greek style schooner which were based in the Protaras and Ayia Napa area.
I have a passion for the very best in customer service delivery as previously i worked for a major international airline as a Purser and Instructor. As our business grew so did my role and I am now the Resort Operations Manager looking after 3 wedding buses based in the area, the San Antonio, the Med III catamaran, I am extremely proud to have a team of drivers and hosts who work alongside me to provide the very best experience for our brides be it on board our buses, or our yachts, whether you choose to have your wedding or reception on board or a private cruise to begin or continue your wedding celebrations with one of our pre or post wedding day packages. We very much look forward to welcoming you on board!

Hi, I’m Mel, I was born in London but moved to Cyprus in 2017 since the birth of my daughter. Best decision I’ve made yet.
In London I was a Police Officer. Since moving to Cyprus I have experience as a wedding advisor for a large tour operator.
I am happy to say that I am now part of this amazing, professional team as a wedding specialist and working for my Queen of Paphos Sharron.
I can’t wait to meet all my brides and grooms, ensuring they have their dream day, this will be my greatest achievements xx

My name is Kriszta, Cypriot by address, Hungarian by blood and explorer by spirit. If someone asks me who I am, I say I am someone who never gives up.
I had a dream since I was a little girl. Growing up, I was always the one organizing family gatherings and helping with events.
More than 10 years ago I took a wedding planning course and I realized I could turn this passion into a career. My path took me in different directions for a while, I moved to London and lived there for five years, working mostly in hospitality. Almost 8 years ago I had an opportunity to visit Cyprus through a job offer and that was the time when this tiny beautiful island stole my heart. I always said my blood and heart is Mediterranean. I felt home here and ever since I continued to chase my dream to being a wedding planner and one day I got a chance to work as a wedding decorator all over Paphos area, hotels, wedding venues which gave me a lot of possibility to reach my dream. Then I met Sharron and she believed in me.
I am so grateful for being able to be a member of this exceptional team of Exclusive Yacht Weddings and Weddings in Paphos now.
What I love most about wedding planning is the opportunity to make dreams come true and make people happy every day.

Hi my name is Sofia, I was born in Polis Chrysochous and currently living in Paphos on the amazing island of love Cyprus! As soon as I finished my studies at Economics and Finance field, I’ve joined the Accounting and Finance department of EYW company. I’ve been working with the EYW company since 2017 on the Accountings Department and now I am the Finance and Accounting Manager and throughly enjoy working with this great team!
Hi I am Esmeralda, I am from the Netherlands, and after working as a tourist rep overseas in different countries, I was sent to this amazing island 8 years ago. I fell in love with Cyprus and especially Paphos from day 1. After leaving the island for work in another destination, I decided to return to the place I call home 7 years ago, since then I have worked in the hospitality industry, hotels, bars, restaurants and car rentals.
In March 2022 I started working for this amazing company in the transport department. After working here for several months now, I can honestly say I love it, the team is amazing and I can’t wait for more years to follow.
Hi, I’m Antonia and I am based in Scotland as a Wedding Specialist helping all Exclusive Yacht Weddings Scottish couples make their dream day come true! I first met Sharron in 2009 whilst working for a large tour operator in Paphos and after working closely alongside the company, decided that I would one day use EYW for my very own magical wedding. In 2012 I married my Husband, Mitch, who also works for the company, and we had a church ceremony and were then whisked off to the Ocean Flyer at Paphos harbour for an amazing Reception. Our 50 guests loved the open top bus! We now live in Scotland with our two daughters who are 5 and 10.
Since then, we have been doing Wedding shows across Scotland and helping brides and grooms plan for their special day. Being based here in Scotland means that I am able to meet up with couples during the planning period which gives complete piece of mind. Our amazing in resort team are always on hand when we need them. If you are looking for the WOW factor, then you’ve come to the right place!
Hi I am Mitch, and I am based in Scotland with my wife Antonia making sure that all our Scottish couples are well looked after. We had the most amazing Wedding Day with Exclusive Yacht Weddings back in 2012, on board the Ocean Flyer. Since then, I love nothing more than speaking to lots of brides and grooms at the Wedding shows, reliving our own day and sharing how amazing their day could be. Always on hand to handle any specific ‘groom’ questions and make sure you have all the finer details covered. You want a speedboat arrival, private charter for a stag, we can make that happen!
